Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and international shipping reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Customized or personalized products

Opened or used health & wellness products

Personal care and hygiene items

Pet consumables (food, treats, supplements)

Opened electronics or items missing serial numbers

Gift cards

Digital/downloadable products

Final sale, clearance, or promotional items

Electronics & Defective Items

Electronics may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Item is defective
  • Item arrives damaged
  • Wrong item was shipped

Proof (photos/videos) must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.

International Orders

Since we ship worldwide:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

Returned items must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will receive email confirmation
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)

We are not responsible for banking delays.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for international orders.

If you need a different size or product:

Place a new order

Return the original item (if eligible)

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

Providing false claims (item not received, unauthorized transaction, etc.) may result in:
